1. Who this policy is from

This policy is from PY Traders, a trading firm based in New Delhi, India. We sell traditional Indian snacks under our own brand, Kadak Snacks. You can reach us on +91 92893 71171 or at info@pytraders.shop for anything to do with your information.

2. What we collect

When you register or place an order we ask for your name, your delivery address and your phone number. Your email address and your notes are optional, and you can leave them blank. If you message us on WhatsApp or by email, we keep that conversation so we can follow up on your order.

We also keep a record of what you ordered, when you ordered it and the amount you paid.

3. What we never collect

We never see or store your card number, your UPI PIN, your bank login or any other payment credentials. Payments happen on a secure page run by our payment provider. All we receive back is a yes or no on whether the payment went through.

4. Why we use it

We use your details to pack and deliver your order, to reach you if there is a question about it, to keep a proper record of sales as the law requires, and to answer you if you write to us later about the same order. That is all.

5. Who we share it with

We share your name, address and phone number with our delivery partner, because they need it to bring the parcel to you. We share the order amount with our payment provider so that the payment can be processed. We may share records with our accountant or with a government authority where the law requires it.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it. We do not hand it to advertisers or to any other business for their own marketing.

6. Messages from us

We will message you about your order, for example to confirm it or to tell you about a delay. If we ever want to tell you about a new product, we will only do that if you have said yes to it, and you can tell us to stop at any time by replying stop or by writing to us.

7. How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we are required to under Indian tax and accounting rules. Beyond that, we keep your contact details only for as long as they are useful for serving you, and you can ask us to delete them.

8. Keeping it safe

Only the people who run PY Traders and need your details to do their work can see them. We take reasonable care to keep them safe. No system anywhere is completely risk free, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we will tell you honestly if anything ever goes wrong with your information.

9. Your choices

You can ask us what details we hold about you, ask us to correct something that is wrong, ask us to delete your details where we are not required to keep them, or ask us to stop sending you messages. Write to info@pytraders.shop and we will act on it.

10. Cookies and this website

This website uses only what it needs to work properly, such as remembering what is in your basket while you are shopping. We do not run advertising trackers on it.

11. Children

This website is meant for people aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect details from children. If you believe a child has given us their details, please tell us and we will remove them.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change the way we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Please have a look at it from time to time.
